COVID-19 STATEMENT

Aligned Chiropractic & Physical Rehabilitation Statement on COVID-19

Updated 7/23/2020

Per Governor Dewine’s mask mandate – which is effective beginning at 6PM on 07/23/20 – all patients will be required to wear masks when attending an appointment in our offices. If patients do not bring a mask to their appointment we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide them a mask and therefore they will not be able to attend their appointment.

Patients are exempt from the mask mandate while performing any physical therapy or exercises/stretches.

Per Governor DeWine’s Responsible RestartOhio Plan, all patients/guests and employees will be required to wear face masks while in the office. All persons entering the building will also be subject to daily health assessments including temperature checks and monitoring for symptoms. We ask that all persons entering the building maintain good hygiene, social distancing, and hand washing. If you are symptomatic, we ask that you please do not enter the building.
