Dr. David Copp
Certified Occupational/Industrial Consultant
Chiropractic Physician
I have 31 years of experience in full-time practice and was the clinic director of the Jordan Clinic in MN for 23 years. To more fully serve my patients, I converted my MN clinic into a Multidisciplinary Medical and Chiropractic Clinic and was the first chiropractor in Minnesota to be affiliated with a Hospital. I then moved to OH in 2008 and worked in Euclid for eight years. I am now honored to be part of the health care team at Aligned Chiropractic and Physical Rehabilitation, located in Mentor and Ashtabula, OH.
In practice, I focus on industrial and automobile injuries. In addition to treating and helping our patients, I am rewarded by helping employees, employers, and attorneys. I attended postgraduate education and became a Certified Occupational and Industrial Health Consultant and became co-director for the Athletes In Industry Program for 3M and other large corporations where I trained employees in stretching programs to reduce work injuries. In OH I became a Certified Provider for Worker’s Compensation and am well experienced in performing C92s, PTD’s, Loss of Use Reports and filing C9s, additional allowances and flow-throughs (additional diagnostic conditions) as warranted, in addition to writing reports including rebuttals to help our patients with their industrial cases. My Educational Background:
